Illinois State Police District 7: Alcohol Arrests for October | Crime

EAST MOLINE, Ill.--Illinois State Police District 7, announced today, DUI and alcohol-related enforcement activity for the month of October. Reports indicate that District 7 Troopers arrested and charged the following individuals with DUI, Zero Tolerance, Illegal Consumption/Possession of Alcohol by a Minor, and/or Illegal Delivery of Alcohol to a Person Under the Age of 21:

Knox County

            - Matthew S. Branham, 28, Galesburg, IL (DUI Alcohol)

            - James P. Flynn, 19, Bloomington, IL (DUI Alcohol)

            - Mason P. French, 24, Galesburg, IL (DUI Alcohol, Illegal Trans of Alc)

            - Todd W. Kemp, 35, Galesburg, IL (DUI Alcohol)

            - Lori E. Mangieri-Lupen, 43, Galesburg, IL (DUI Alcohol)

            - Nathan J. Nicholson, 24, Galesburg, IL (Illegal Trans of Alochol)

            - Jeffery L. Odom, 57, Galva, IL (DUI Drugs and Alcohol)

            - Terry E. Olin, 43, Knoxville, IL (DUI Alcohol)

            - Morgan L. Ryan, 50, New Windsor, IL (DUI Alcohol)
