Local man guilty of predatory criminal sexual assault | Crime

KNOX COUNTY, Ill.--A local man was found guilty of Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault of a Child.Ryan D. Voice, 34, was convicted of the charge, a Class X Felony, bringing with it a mandatory sentence to the Illinois Department of Corrections.

Voice was found guilty of sexually assaulting a minor under the age of 13, but was acquitted of two counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Child.  Circuit Judge Paul L. Mangieri ordered Voice’s bond revoked, thereby placing him in the Knox County Jail pending a sentencing hearing.

Sentence hearing will be on April 11, 2013.
